Dr. Aaqib is one of the best neurologists in Perth. He is currently working at Fiona Stanley Hospital and has previously provided services at Rockingham General Hospital. Dr. Aaqib completed his specialty neurology training at Fiona Stanley Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital and Royal Perth Hospital after completing an internship in 2009.

He also underwent an additional two years of subspecialty training in Movement Disorders, Botulinum toxin (BOTOX) injections, Stroke, and electrophysiology (EMG/NCS) at Austin Health Melbourne in 2019 and 2020. He also worked as a Neurologist at Austin Health Melbourne before moving back home to Perth.

Dr. Aaqib specialises in Movement Disorders, Botulinum toxin (BOTOX) injections, Stroke, and electrophysiology (EMG/NCS). He is an expert in administering botulinum toxin (BOTOX) injections for various neurological conditions including migraine, cervical dystonia, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, spasmodic dysphonia, spasticity, and hyperhidrosis. 

He is actively involved in clinical trials and research at Fiona Stanley Hospital and is passionate about medical education, for which he has received several teaching awards.
